DOWSIL™ 5200 Formulation Aid

Lauryl PEG/PPG-18/18 Methicone. Used in skin care products such as protective cream, cleansing lotion, night cream, sunscreen cream, baby cream, dry skin cream and lotion, moisturizing cream, foundation, hand and body cream and lotion, 2-in-1 shower gels and in shampoo formulations. Acts as a co-emulsifier and emulsifier for water-in-oil and water-in-wax emulsions. Possesses skin conditioning, moisturizing and protective properties. Offers benefits such as formulation flexibility, high water content, non-greasy feel, easy to spread and wash off resistance.
