Aqua (69%) (and) Polyquaternium-50 (30%) (and) Phenoxyethanol (1%). Plascize L-402W distributed by DKSH is is low-molecular-weight amphoteric and cationic cleansing agent. It provides softness, smoothness and excellent gloss to treated hair. It offers long lasting effect for skin care products.
