Glyceryl Polymethacrylate (75-85%) (and) Propylene glycol (15-25%). Hydrasoft® Moist by The Innovation Company acts as a hydrophilic humectant, moisturizer, viscosity & texture modifier and thickener. It delivers moisture to the skin and provides soft & non-sticky film with a fresh after feel. It offers smooth & onctuous texture, non-tacky feel and emulsion stability. Moreover, it is heat sensitive in nature. Hydrasoft® Moist is used in mascaras, skin- and after-sun care products. It has a shelf life of 3 years. It is listed with IECSC, IECIC, EINECS/ELINCS, TSCA, NZIoC, KECI and DSL.
