VP/VA Copolymer. COSMOROL™ K35 by CISME Italy acts as a polymeric film-forming agent. It is a copolymer of 1-vinyl-2-pyrrolidone and vinyl acetate in ratio 60/40. Indicated for aerosol sprays, pump sprays, lotions, mousses, and gels for holding hair. Used particularly for hair sprays with hydrophilic characteristics for use in dry climates. COSMOROL™ K35 is also suitable for sprays with high water content. Small quantities of plasticizers (0.1-0.2%) such as PEG 400 improve the effect on dry and brittle hair.
