FiberDesign™ Citrus by Cargill is a readily biodegradable, patented, highly performant texturizer with suspending properties. It is made by combining upcycled lemon & lime fibers and biofermented sclerotium gum that achieves nearly zero waste. It is cold or hot processable and exhibits shear thinning behavior.
