This multifunctional additive possesses intrinsic antimicrobial properties. Caprylyl glycol is a humectant & skin conditioning agent which provides excellent moisturization, emollience and wetting properties. While, phenethyl alcohol imparts a pleasant floral fragrance to formulations. It allows the formulation of self-preserving products with low irritation and sensitization potential.
