Bis-Hydroxy/Methoxy Amodimethicone. BRB SF 242 by BRB International BV is a conditioning agent with softening and long-lasting effects. It is a cationic polymer based on amino functional polydimethylsiloxane. It offers excellent wet- & dry-combing performance, improved hair smoothness and enhanced hair shine.

• It is a 100% active oil with lower amine content but higher molecular weight than standard amino oils.
• It develops a net positive charge in aqueous systems, and readily coats the negatively charged surface of the hair.
• BRB SF 242 is recommended for hair care formulations including shampoos, rinse-off & leave-on conditioners as well as styling products.
