Cloisonné® Imperial Gold 222X

Mica (and) Titanium Dioxide (and) Iron Oxide (CI 77489). Cloisonné® Imperial Gold 222X by Sun Chemical (DIC) is a pearlescent pigment. It contains an absorption colorant deposited on either a mica substrate or an interference pearl base. It provides different degrees of luster, ranging from a soft, satiny look to high sparkle. It is used when rich color is desired. It imparts dramatic color and varied effects. Cloisonné® Imperial Gold 222X finds application in many types of color cosmetics and personal care products.
