It is used as the primary and auxiliary emulsifier for cold creams, cleansing creams and skin lotions. It is an enriched blend of natural free alcohols, principally cholesterol, dihydrocholesterol and lanosterol. It is non-toxic and non-irritating to eyes and skin.
