Mica (and) Iron Oxide (CI 77491). Mica Bordeaux by Alfa Chemistry is a preservative-free, non-GMO sensory modifier. It is a natural shimmer pigment derived from the mineral Muscovite mica coated with iron oxide. It provides red brownish color shades with shimmering and glittering luminescence.

It suspends best in thick bases and can be blended with other pigments.
It adds pearlizing & luster effects.
Mica Bordeaux is used in decorative cosmetics and personal care products.
