Hydroxypropyl Starch Phosphate. HP Starch by Alfa Chemistry is a preservative-free, non-GMO, naturally derived, gluten-free, pre-gelatinized sugar sensory modifier. It is produced by treating starch or starch granules with phosphoric acid and propylene oxide. It is compatible with large variety of salts and ingredients due to non-ionic character.
