PEG-12 Dimethicone. DOWSIL™ 5329 Performane Modifier by Dow is an emulsifier designed for the preparation of oil in water and silicone in water emulsions. It offers detangling and spreading properties, interfacial surface tension reduction, soft feel, faster absorption and smoother light feel. DOWSIL™ 5329 Performane Modifier imparts hydrophilicity and wetting. It is applicable in skincare, antiperspirants and deodorants, color cosmetics, sun- and hair care.
