HBA celebrated a milestone this year having completed its 20th year as the host of the pre-eminent Global Beauty Expo. Held in New York City at the Jacob Javits Center from June 19-21, 2012, the show continues to be home to established ingredient and packaging innovators, as well as a host of new brands, entrepreneurs, industry visionaries, cutting edge brand managers, trend forecasters, and cosmetic and skin care ingredient developers. This year more than 16,500 attendees visited the HBA Global Expo and Spa & Resort, a 3% increase over last year's attendance. In addition, there were 650 exhibitors and educational partners participating in the event. The annual Keynote presentation kicked off the show with a panel of beauty innovators discussing The Future of Beauty.
