Cyclopentasiloxane (and) Dimethicone Crosspolymer. RH-SEB-9066 by Zhejiang Runhe Chemical New Material is a silicone elastomer. It provides a silky and delicate skin feel. It is compatible with a variety of lipophilic active ingredients with little sebum absorption.

It is easy to formulate without heating elements.
It effectively thickens oily formulas, reduces formula stickiness and absorbs quickly.
It is suitable for skin care, hair care and other potential formula applications such as sunscreen, make-up, etc.
RH-SEB-9066 has a shelf life of 24 months.
