Cyclopentasiloxane (and) Dimethicone Crosspolymer. RH-SEB-9065 by Zhejiang Runhe Chemical New Material is a silicone elastomer. It provides a silky and delicate skin feel. It is compatible with a variety of lipophilic active ingredients with little sebum absorption.

It effectively thickens oily formulas, reduces formula stickiness and absorbs quickly.
It is easy to formulate without heating elements.
It is suitable for skin care, hair care and other potential formula applications such as sunscreen, make-up, etc.
RH-SEB-9065 has a shelf life of 24 months.
