Cyclopentasiloxane (and) Dimethicone Crosspolymer. RH-SEB-9060 by Zhejiang Runhe Chemical New Material is a silicone elastomer. It provides a silky and delicate skin feel. It effectively thickens oily formulas, reduces formula stickiness, and absorbs quickly.

It is compatible with a variety of lipophilic active ingredients with little sebum absorption.
It is easy to formulate without heating elements.
It is suitable for skin care, hair care other potential formula applications such as sunscreen, make-up, etc.
RH-SEB-9060 has a shelf life of 24 months.
