Dimethicone (and) PEG-10 Dimethicone/Vinyl Dimethicone Crosspolymer. RH-SEB-8061 by Zhejiang Runhe Chemical New Material is a dry matte, silky silicone elastomer. It provides easy formulation, compatible with a variety of lipophilic active ingredients. It offers effective thickening oily formula with a little sebum absorption.

It reduces the viscosity of the formula and absorb it quickly.
It is suitable for skin care, hair care other potential formula applications such as sunscreen, make-up etc.
RH-SEB-8061 has a shelf life of 24 months.
