Dimethicone (and) Dimethicone/Vinyl Dimethicone Crosspolymer. RH-SEB-6060 by Zhejiang Runhe Chemical New Material is a dry matte, silky silicone elastomer. It offers effective thickening oily formula with a little sebum absorption. It provides easy formulation, compatible with a variety of lipophilic active ingredients.

It reduces the viscosity of the formula and absorb it quickly.
It is suitable for skin care, hair care and other potential formula applications such as sunscreen, make-up, etc.
RH-SEB-6060 has a shelf life of 24 months.
