PEG-8 Dimethicone (and) PEG-8 Ricinoleate. Zenicone IX by Zenitech is silicone polymer. It is a very good pigment wetting agent and dispersant. It is used in conditioners, leave on, shampoos, clear styling gels, sprays and liquid soaps. Zenicone IX is also used in body washes, lotions, creams, moisturizers, sprayable creams and lotion, sunscreens, balms and foundations.
