DL-Panthenol 50% by YR Chemspec acts as a humectant, moisturizing and conditioning agent. It is also known as Provitamin B5. It is a racemic mixture of D-panthenol and L-panthenol. It stimulates the proliferation of dermal fibroblasts and can accelerate cell turnover.

It repairs and strengthens damaged hair, thickens hair, reduces split ends and increases the tensile strength of the hair with natural smoothness.
It restores shine & luster to dull hair.
It stimulates wound healing and enhances skin barrier repair and reduces inflammation after sodium lauryl sulphate-induced irritation.
It can increase sun-protection factor (SPF) and penetrates & hydrates nails and hair.
It offers anti-aging benefits and protection against solar-induced herpes to lips.
DL-Panthenol 50% is used in hair care, face creams, body washes, facial moisturizers and cleansers.
