4-Butylresorcinol. WATEC® BRC by Watec Laboratories is an antioxidant and effective whitening agent. It is a strong inhibitor of tyrosinase & peroxidase and acts as a toner for normal skin. It is effective against chloasma. It shows a strong protective effect on DNA damage induced by hydrogen peroxide. It provides an anti-saccharification effect. It is suitable for pigmented skin. It is used in skincare products including whitening creams, lotions, sprays and sunscreen. WATEC® BRC has a shelf life of 12 months.
