Hydroxyethylcellulose. Acts as a rheological additive for alcoholic perfumery projects and gelling agent only for water/ethanol systems. It does not form any dry film. Used for gels, emulsions, lotions with alcohol, after shave and toilet preparations. It is a white granular powder which is soluble in ethyl alcohol, water and glycol systems.
