Carthamus Tinctorius (Safflower) Seed Oil. Lipovol™ SAF by Vantage is an emollient and conditioning- & gloss agent. It offers softness, spreadability, rich texture, glide and smoothness. It is a nourishing safflower seed oil. This high quality, pure oil features high levels of lipids comprised of polyunsaturated and monounsaturated fatty acids. It provides moisturizing, radiance, brightness, purifying, anti-microbial and antioxidant properties.
