Mountain Mint Hydrosol

Pycnanthemum (Mountain Mint) Water. Mountain Mint Hydrosol by The Herbarie acts as a cooling and refreshing agent. It is very aromatic and contains significant amount of essential oil. It is not used directly on skin, rather blended with other hydrosols such as melissa hydrosol or spearmint hydrosol. It is combined with catnip hydrosol to be used as a base for insect repellant. Mountain Mint Hydrosol finds application in formulating aromatherapy preparations, skin care and hair care products.
