Yeongzi Extract

Ganoderma Lucidum Extract. Yeongzi Extract by Natural Solution acts as an anti-inflammatory, anti-allergic and anti-oxidant agent. It is an extract of the caps and stalks of mushroom, ganoderma lucidum. It contains ganoderic acids, mannitol and coumarins as active compounds. The anti-inflammatory and anti-oxidant properties are due to ergosterol, a fungal sterol. Moreover, it shows anti-allergic effect due to the presence of linoleic-, oleic-, stearic- and palmitic acid by preventing the release of histamine. Yeongzi Extract finds application in formulating cosmetic products.
