Tetrahexyldecyl Ascorbate. VitaSynol C by Sytheon acts as anti-aging agent. It is a precursor to vitamin-C which reduces cell damage triggered by UVB and suppresses UV induced melanogenesis through ROS scavenging. It is produced by organic synthesis and corrects & prevents intrinsic-, extrinsic aging. It prevents an uneven skin tone by reducing UV pigmentation.

It is a stable, oil-soluble vitamin C ester with no inherent capabilities as an antioxidant because all hydroxyl groups are esterified.
It offers improved stability against heat and oxidation as compared to Vitamin C.
It is easy to formulate with due to its lipophilicity and provides increased percutaneous absorption.
It is important to include an effective antioxidant like Synoxyl® AZ or Sytenol® A to VitaSynol C formulations.
It is REACH registered.
