Polyperfluoroethoxymethoxy Difluoroethyl PEG Phosphate. Fomblin® HC/P2-1000 by Syensqo acts as a skin protectant, anti-irritant, skin feel improver, conditioning agent, emulsifier and water-proofing ingredient. It is of non-animal origin. It also provides surface modifying, foaming and antimicrobial properties. It helps protect skin against all oil soluble irritants, provides acidity without irritation and o/w repellency to all powders and pigments. Fomblin® HC/P2-1000 can be used in all types of o/w and w/o emulsions and preservative-free systems. Suitable for make-up, skin- and hair care products.
