3-O-Ethyl Ascorbic Acid. ActiBiso -VCE by Suzhou Sunland acts as a whitening and lightening agent. It is a kind of amphoteric and hydrophilic vitamin C derivative, which not only makes it very convenient to use in the formula, but also makes it easy to penetrate the cuticle and enter the dermis. It shows high stability compared with common vitamin C.

It inhibits the activity of tyrosinase and formation of melanin.
It makes the skin elastic, delicate and smooth.
It offers good stability, light-, heat-, acid-, alkali-, salt- and air oxidation resistance.
It shows strong anti-bacterial and anti-inflammatory effect, inflammation caused by light.
