Dioleylethyl Hydroxyethylmonium Methosulfate (and) Sunflower Seed Oil Glycerides. STEPANQUAT® Soleil by Stepan Company is a better, naturally-derived, 100% active, hair conditioning agent. It offers no build up and lowers transportation emissions. It smoothens each individual hair strand for super-soft & manageable hair. This non-GMO sunflower oil-derived ingredient is free from silicones, glycols, preservatives and drying alcohols. It allows for easy combing on both wet and dry hair. This readily biodegradable, non-flammable & cold processable ingredient shows better ecotoxicity profile than BTAC and CETAC. It reduces or eliminates the need for energy-powered heating. STEPANQUAT® Soleil is used in rinse-off and leave-on formulations. It is listed in IECIC.
