BIO-SOFT® E-847 by Stepan Company is an emulsifier and wetting agent. It is a non-ionic surfactant prepared by ethoxylating fatty alcohol. It provides moderate, stable foam and is readily biodegradable. BIO-SOFT® E-847 is used in hand soaps and other cosmetic care products. It is listed on TSCA, TCSI, ENCS, DSL, AICS, IECSC, PICCS, NZIoC, NLP and ECL inventory. It is available in North America and Latin America regions.
