Stearyl dimethicone. Offers moisturizing and lubricating properties. Provides non-greasy feel and raises SPF of organic and inorganic sunscreens. It is non-acnegenic and compatible with a wide range of cosmetic ingredients. It improves gloss in hair care formulation. The role it plays in leave-on and rinse-off products is equivalent to phenyl trimethicone. Meanwhile it further caters to conditioners that require excellent conditioning property. It is suitable for oil-based system. Used in skin care, color cosmetics and hair care.
