Dimethicone/Vinyl Dimethicone Crosspolymer (and) Cyclopentasiloxane. USG-103 by Shin-Etsu acts as a thickening agent. It is a silicone elastomer gel consisting of a silicone crosspolymer swollen in D5 or cyclopentasiloxane. It produces a matting effect.

It exhibits good swelling characteristics in silicone fluids.
It offers an exceptional silky, soft, and smooth feel during application and dries down to a silky, powdery after feeling.
USG-103 improves the stability of personal care products.
