Iron Oxides (CI 77492) (and) Triethoxysilylethyl Polydimethylsiloxyethyl Hexyl Dimethicone. KTP-09Y by Shin-Etsu is silicone/alkyl surface treated yellow iron oxide pigment. It imparts a silky feel and offers water repellency & good skin adherence.

• It exhibits excellent dispersing- & wetting performance in a wide range of oils.
• Due to high hydrophobicity, stability can be expected by inhibitions pigment aggregation and colored streaks in emulsified systems.
• KTP-09Y is suitable for formulating color cosmetics ranging from liquid foundation to lip color and more.
• It can be well dispersed in both silicone oil and oil fats.
