Titanium Dioxide (CI 77891) (and) Aluminum Hydroxide (and) Triethoxysilylethyl Polydimethylsiloxyethyl Hexyl Dimethicone. KTP-09W by Shin-Etsu is silicone/alkyl surface treated white titanium dioxide. Due to high hydrophobicity, stability can be expected by inhibitions pigment aggregation and colored streaks in emulsified systems.

It exhibits excellent dispersing- & wetting performance in a wide range of oils.
It offers silky feel, water repellency and good skin adherence.
KTP-09W finds application in formulating color cosmetics including liquid foundation and lip color.
