Polysilicone-1 Crosspolymer. KSP-411 by Shin-Etsu acts as a mattifying agent and softening / texturing agent. It possesses superior flexibility and lubricity. It is a hybrid silicone powder that provides matte effect, silky, soft, and smooth skin feel. It consists of a spherical silicone rubber core whose surface is coated with silicone resin.
