Dimethicone (and) PEG-15/Lauryl Polydimethylsiloxyethyl Dimethicone Crosspolymer. KSG-360Z by Shin-Etsu is silicone elastomer. It is also used as water in oil (W/O), water in silicone (W/Si) and O+Si emulsifier. Offers smooth and silky skin feeling. It is compatible with organic oils, esters and silicones. It is used to make quick breaking, unique water in silicone (W/Si) and water in oil (W/O) creams. KSG-360Z is recommended for use in make-up and skin care formulations.
