Trimethylsiloxysilicate (50%) (and) Isododecane (50%). KF-9021-ID by Shin-Etsu is a very hard film forming agent. It can improve a preparation's water repellency and resistance to water and sebum. It forms high strength films by volatilization of the oil agent. It is used in personal care formulations.
