It has hydrophobic & lipophobic properties, good resistance to acid & alkali conditions and soft feeling. It is suitable for long lasting make up resilient to perspiration and sebum. It is PFOA-free & PFOS-free. FHP (Fluoro High Purity) finds application in formulating w/o and w/si emulsions, pressed or loose powders & two-way cake, mousse, long lasting lipstick, anhydrous products and cream in powder form. It meets the goals of the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency 2010/15 PFOA Stewardship program.
