Carboxymethyl Tamarindus Indica Seed Polysaccharide. SCHUTZENCOL -NH2 by SCHUTZEN is a bio-based, 100% biodegradable, fossil-free and sustainable sourced rheology modifier. It is a high molecular weight polysaccharide derived from Tamarindus indica seed gum. It is designed for skin and hair care products such as hair shampoos and conditioners.

• It is a quat-, ethoxylate- and propoxylate free ingredient.
• Provides excellent film-forming, dry combing and conditioning properties with better spreading.
• It can be used to replace Hyaluronic Acid (HA) from skin care formulas.
• Imparts moisturizing benefits and unique sensory feel on skin.
• It exhibits quick solubility in water and stability in anionic surfactants.
• It stabilizes o/w emulsions at increased dosage.
• SCHUTZENCOL -NH2 is stable over a wide pH range 3 to 11.
