Diazolidinyl Urea. Salimall - II by Salicylates and Chemicals is an antimicrobial preservative. It is produced by the chemical reaction of allantoin and formaldehyde in the presence of sodium hydroxide solution and heat.

It offers broad spectrum against bacteria, specifically gram-negative species, yeast, and mold.
It is suitable for cosmetic and personal care applications including eye & facial makeup, aftershave, nail, bath, hair and skin care products.
The shelf life of Salimall - II is 2 years.
