RHEOSOL® OP

Polyquaternium-37. RHEOSOL® OP by SNF acts as an opacifier, thickener and emulsion stabilizer. It is a water-swellable, cationic acrylic homopolymer, free of carrier oils and surfactants.

It enhances performance whilst promoting the excellent spreading of the finished formulations.
It shows easy dispersion, softening, moisturization, gelling and cold mixing in aqueous systems.
It does not require neutralization or the addition of sodium chloride to achieve viscosity build.
It allows low usage levels, aids suspension, and stabilization of other co-ingredients.
RHEOSOL® OP is used in formulating opaque formulations like cream bases, AHA skin care systems, skin care lotions, hair conditioners, and solvent-based products.
It has a shelf life of 24 months.
