Vita Naturgel® by Quimivita is a GMO- & gluten-free, food grade, plant-based gelling-, thickening and stabilizing agent. It is a water-soluble natural hydrocolloid extracted from selected species of red seaweed (rhodophyceae) and brown algae. It provides smooth & creamy textures in emulsions and surfactant systems.
