50% active Olealkonium Chloride in Ethanol and Water. Maquat® OAC by Pilot Chemical is an emollient, emulsifier, cationic surfactant and substantivity agent. Is a plant derived product based on soyabean oil. Acts as a lubricant and conditioning agent. Contains 67% biorenewable carbon, is soluble in water and has high quality, low color. It is used in clear hair conditioners, mousses, styling gels, lotions and creams. Maquat® OAC complies with TSCA, DSL, REACH, AICS, IECSC, ENCS, ECL, NZIoC, PICCS and ASIA-PAC.
