Pelemol® C-150

Has the unique property of remaining liquid and pourable at 0ºC. Acts as a solubilizer for fatty materials and is useful to the formulator in bringing fatty materials into solution. Used in mascara, make-up products such as eye liners, eyebrow pencils, liquid foundations, eye make-up, gels, balms, and lipsticks.
