PEG-23. POLIkol 1000PF by PCC Group possesses excellent softening, solubilizing, stabilizing and wetting abilities. It also acts as a humectant. It possesses high molecular weight. POLIkol 1000PF is recommended as a base for ointment due to its excellent dispersing properties to make a good solution of active ingredients and ensure good water solubility. It is suitable for ointments & creams, dermocosmetics, styling products, make-up remover, facial cleansing gels, face masks, mascara and regenerating serum.
