Kochia Extract-NS

Kochia Scoparia Fruit Extract. Kochia Extract-NS by Natural Solution acts as an anti-inflammatory agent. It is an extract of the fruit of kochia scoparia herb. It contains saponins, flavone glycosides, oleanolic acid and stigmasterol as active compounds. It inhibits LPS-induced PGE2 & TNF-α production and mRNA expression of LPS-induced iNOS & COX-2 proteins. Its water extract inhibits skin thickening and hyperkeratosis, which are hallmarks of skin inflammatory diseases. Kochia Extract-NS finds application in formulating cosmetic products.
