Ethylhexyl Methoxycinnamate (and) BHT. Eusolex® 2292 by Merck KGaA, Darmstadt Germany is an effective UV-B sunscreen agent. It offers a very good protection potential of approximately 2 SPF units/percent. It is easy to process in an oil phase and shows good solubilizing properties for solid crystalline UV filters. Eusolex® 2292 is used in sun-, baby-, & skin care products and decorative cosmetics with sun protection.
