Glucate™ SS emulsifier

Methyl Glucose Sesquistearate. Glucate™ SS emulsifier by Lubrizol is a water-in-oil emulsifier. It is methyl glucose esterified with stearic acid. It is unique, naturally-derived, non-ionic grade. It offers extremely low eye irritation score and stabilizes viscosity in oil-in-water emulsions. It enables emulsions with liquid crystal structures that creates excellent coverage of pigmented skin care products. It provides long-term shelf life and viscosity stability, when used with Glucamate™ SSE-20 emulsifier. Glucate™ SS emulsifier is used in antiperspirant/deodorant, body lotions/creams/gels, color cosmetics and wipes. Also, used in eye-, facial-, hand/foot-, lip- and sun care products. It is certified under RSPO Mass Balance supply chain protocol, Halal and China compliant-formerly CFDA.
