PPG-20 Methyl Glucose Ether. Glucam™ P-20 humectant by Lubrizol is a naturally-derived, 100% active, propoxylated methyl glucose ether. It offers lubricious, luxurious and emollient feel and depresses freezing point. In alcohol-based systems it reduces the stinging effect on the skin. It provides fragrance fixation by subduing volatilization of high notes. Glucam™ P-20 humectant is used in shaving, styling, hair- & skin care products.
