Polyaminopropyl Biguanide. Cosmocil® CQ by Arxada acts as a fast-acting broad-spectrum anti-microbial agent and antibacterial preservative. Used in skin creams and lotions, moisturizing toners and eye make-up removers. Also recommended for hair conditioners, shampoos, under-arm deodorants and impregnated wet wipes. Provides broad pH tolerance, low foam and good heat stability. Cosmocil® CQ offers effective non-formaldehyde and non-paraben preservation.
